Clay Masks Recipes

Clay comes in many different colors. I use white and black clay. The different clays have different therapeutic properties. You can use the one that suits you best, and you'll find.
Some health food stores sell cosmetic clays. Otherwise, there are shops that specialize in natural cosmetics, which sells the various clays.

Important to remember when using these masks is that when you wash them, you first need to soak them up very carefully before you rinse off the mask. The skin must not be stretched and torn in too much. It is quite fragile. Massage of the face is great but only if you perform it properly.
It is also important not to put the mask near the eye area. The skin is very thin there.
